The-MVMNT provides various workout routines and On Demand fitness classes/ stretching routines. You will also be able to track your fitness and health and connect your smart devices. Our team of coaches will provide you with everything you need to reach your goals. This is for all ages and levels
You take an On Demand class by one of our certified instructors with out Fitness Class option and follow along with our videos. With the Workout option you can access a library of ready made workouts by our fitness coaches. Both options are for all levels.
Our coaches provide you with different fitness tips to enhance your fitness journey and help you reach your goals. We explain how to put together workouts and different workout techniques that you can add to your routine.
Get food and diet tips from our certified Dietitian. Our eating habits are just as important as our workouts. We will guide you in the right direction to reach your fitness and health goals.
You can connect your smart devices to our App and track your steps, heart rate, and workouts. Compatible to Apple Watch, Fitbit, Garmin, Google Health, and Withings.
The best way to reach your goals is by tracking your progress. You will be able to track all of your workouts and track your meals. You can take pictures of your progress and track it over time.
You will have access to our coaches and you will be able to get fitness tips and advice throughout your fitness and health journey.
