Who I Am

My name is Terrell, I am a personal trainer from New York City. I am a former college and professional European basketball player. As a person that faced obesity issues most of my life, finding my niche in the fitness industry helped transform my lifestyle and now I look to help others. I specialize in athlete specific training, weight loss, strength and conditioning and functional training. I have experience working with athletes from different sports, ages and levels. I also have experience working with non athletes of all ages and levels. I focus on helping you reach your goal the most efficient way. Whether you are a professional athlete looking to get more explosive or a Mother that wants to be strong enough to pick up her kids and be active, I can help you get the best production out of your body.
